CCC Children's Ministry New Family Registration

To ensure your child(ren)'s registration to Children's Ministry classrooms (age 0-12), please fill out this form by Thursday. If you fill it out after Thursday, children are still welcome to attend the class but will not be registered in our system until the following Sunday.

If your child is above 12 years old or is currently in Middle School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama), you can contact oswin@covenantcitychurch.id for more information about Teens' Ministry.

Our staff will help register your children for the age-appropriate Children's Ministry classroom. On Sunday, please check-in your children at the Children's Ministry welcome table.
